This is an emerging, rapidly evolving situation. The risk may change daily. Prairie Homestead is partnering with local health officials to monitor and evaluate this situation. We are following all suggestions regarding enhanced infection control processes, visitors, elder activities and interactions, and staff. Currently we are limiting access of visitors unless medically necessary or related to end-of-life situations. All other visits to the community must be rescheduled. In most cases, families should communicate with their loved one via telephone, email or other electronic methods.
