Prairie Homestead's Assisted Living is designed to enable our residents to be as independent as they can be with the commitment to provide support services when, and if, they need them. 

Our Assisted Living building opened to help bridge the gap between independent living and long-term care. 

Residents will be able to live independently with the supportive services they need in order to live their lives to the fullest. They have the opportunity to enjoy many amenities including the central dinning room, a multipurpose room with an outdoor area, an in-house beauty shop, many conversation areas, main living room with fireplace and private dinning room.

Assisted living apartments include:

• Utilities (except telephone and cable)
• Three Daily Meals
• Basic Housekeeping, once a week
• Basic Laundry Service, once a week
• Emergency Call System
• Health and Wellness Monitoring
• Activities on Campus
• Schedules Outings
• Free Self-serve Laundry Facilities
• Resident Council 
• M-F Exercise Program
• Chaplain Services (if desired)

Level of care services include: 

• Assistance with Bathing
• Assistance with Dressing 
• Assistance with Medications
